Our Mission
Quest's mission is to reduce the misuse of and addiction to alcohol
and other drugs.
Accreditations
and Certifications
CARF Accreditation
- Quest Recovery and Prevention Services has been awarded
a second Three-Year Accreditation by CARF, The Rehabilitation Accreditation
Commission, to operate the following programs: Outpatient
Treatment; Alcohol and Other Drugs/Addictions (Adults); Outpatient
Treatment: Alcohol and Other Drugs/Addictions (Children and Adolescents);
and Outpatient Treatment Opiod Treatment Program (Adults).
Ohio Department
of Alcohol and Drug Addiction Services - Quest Recovery
and Prevention Services is accredited by ODADAS (Ohio Department
of Alcohol and Drug Addiction Services) to operate outpatient, residential,
and driver intervention programs. Quest is licensed by ODADAS
to operate an opioid agonist program.
